16yr old girl, 172.5 cm, apx 65-66 kg, fairly muscular would like to be just under 60kg by around the end of november. i already play basketball, waterpolo, walking and afl a fair bit. i eat fairly healthily, but if possible i need actual guidelines about what to eat each day to get to that weight. i dont want to be counting calories though cause i want to be as healthy as possible without food taking up too much of my mind and stuff!! hope that wasnt oo long or confusing thanks heaps... read more
